Dr. Eva Bernat has over 15 years TESOL and teacher training experience from Australia and abroad. Her research interests cross over the fields of linguistics and psychology.

She has been a presenter and invited speaker at national and international conferences, and published numerous refereed articles and book chapters in her field.

Eva currently teaches on postgraduate courses in the Department of Linguistics, Macquarie University, Sydney, and serves as an Associate Editor and Editorial Board member in a number of international scholarly journals.
