The airport is located about
an hour outside of Busan, across the Nakdong
River. The subway is not complete yet so you have three choices when arriving at Kimhae - catch a Luxury taxi downtown (about 35,000 Won) - catch a standard taxi (about 15,000 to Seomyeon or 25,000 to Haeundae, or catch the KAL Limousine (5,000) or standard bus (#240 to Haeundae ~ cost 1,200 Won ($1.50)) For more information and schedules, head

Airport information
International terminal information.
The new international terminal is open. A variety of restaurants and coffee shops are inside- Starbucks - Korean restaurants - Duty free is rather small - best to buy duty free from one of the duty free shops downtown before you leave and collect it at the airport.
There are few international destinations from Busan - mostly short haul routes - Philippines, Japan, - most flights depart from Incheon in Seoul. Most international flights leave from Incheon airport -about one hour outside of Seoul.
