Volunteers in the airport will meet you and help you get (a) on the shuttle bus to Ege Palas hotel where more volunteers can guide you to your hotel - or guide you from the airport to your hotel directly. In the airport will have a sign saying Dokuz Eylül University Asian EFL Journal Conference.

The Ege Palas (Hotel conference has offered us a discount for those attending the English International language Conference

EgePalas is a four star hotel in the centre of Izmir and there are lots of restaurants, bars and shopping centres around it. You should make your reservation until September 20. Conference Price (Discount Price) Single room: 70 Euro. Double room 90 Euro.

Dokuz Eylül University will provide bus service for the presenters from Ege Palas to the Conference Place (Buca Faculty of Education). A great place for a night walking as well.
