Title:
The affect of the International English Language Testing System on academic writing, of Pakistani students.

Abstract
This research is an interesting observatory analysis of the current standards of acquiring communicative competence in English as an International language, The slogan of globalization has also a deep impact on the second language learners, numerous International language testing techniques are adopted by the English language teachers to improve the communicative competence of second language learners , too many extent these techniques are quite vital in improving the academic skills of the pupil, In case of Pakistani students, they seem to be quite inquisitive to improve their academic skills because these skills are effective in acquiring their language proficiency, which is a key demand in case of their Higher education.

It is my strong observation that now-a-days, the Pakistani students are more interested to appear in IELTS, proficiency test then ever before. It is not just because they are interested to pursue their Higher education but also they are interested to assess their language skills, out of that, the emphasis is more on academic Writing & Speaking.

This research of mine is catering several issues, which are stated below:

The specific need assessment of English as an International language and Pakistani students expectations.
The impact factor of language testing systems likewise IELTS, in perspective to Pakistani students as second language learners.
How English as an International language becomes a cause of global identity of Asian students.

This research is providing interesting glimpses of How English as an International language is gaining it’s worth amongst Pakistani students.

This research is also gathered a feed back by several Pakistani researchers and educationists about the reformation which is essential to bring forth in evaluating not only English as an International but also as a second language.
