Title
Integration of ICT in ELT at tertiary level

There is no doubt that computers are very sophisticated devices, and may facilitate a variety of learning tasks; they have a enormous potency as teaching tools. They can help both the students and the teachers because of their special properties. Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are not widely used in education sector in Bangladesh. A few Universities use ICT to facilitate learning.

This study investigates effectiveness of ICT integration in ELT classrooms at the tertiary level in Bangladesh. In the research Qualitative data were collected through class observation, test, interview and questionnaire. From the findings it is evident that ICT integration is effective in ELT as it promotes student centered learning.The paper concludes with some insights.
